
Camille V. Boon, M.D.
Dr. Camille Boon is a native Houstonian who has resided here most of her life. After a focus in dance at Houston’s High School for the Performing and Visual Arts, she received a B.A. from Rice University in 2000. She then went on to receive her medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine in 2004. She completed her residency at the University of Texas at Houston in 2008, where she received the Most Outstanding Intern Award, as well as a Teaching Award from the Tulane School of Medicine, teaching students who were displaced by Hurricane Katrina.
Dr. Boon is committed to caring for women of all ages and stages of life for all of their Obstetrical and Gynecological needs. She has particular interest in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery and is committed to offering her patients the most up to date options for all of their care.
In her time away from work, Dr. Boon enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons. She is a marathoner and also enjoys cooking and reading.
Dr. Boon is a Fellow of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (F.A.C.O.G.), is licensed by the Texas State Board of Medical Examiners and is Board Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Ashley Hester, MD
Dr. Ashley Hester is a native Houstonian who found her passion in women's healthcare. She graduated magna cum laude from Texas A&M; University with a major in biomedical science and a minor business. Dr. Hester attended medical school at The University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. Her residency training was completed at University of Texas at Houston at Memorial Hermann Hospital in the Medical Center. She has received honors from both the Society for Laparoendoscopic Surgeons and the Society for Maternal-Fetal Medicine. Dr. Hester has authored numerous journal publications in her specialization and has given many presentations at professional society meetings.
Dr. Hester is eager to be able to serve women at all stages of life from adolescence to pregnancy to menopause. She focuses on all aspects of a patient's experience which drives her towards excellence in providing health care. She is certified on the da Vinci Robotic surgical system for minimally invasive surgical procedures.
She is also conversant in Spanish. Dr. Hester enjoys spending time with her husband, chocolate lab, family and friends, traveling, cooking, and reading.

Anne V. Gonzalez, M.D.
Dr. Gonzalez received her undergraduate degree from Willams College in Massachusetts and went on to medical school on a scholarship from the U. S. Air Force. She received her medical degree from New York Medical College in New York and completed her residency at the top U.S.Air Force Hospital in San Antonio. She served her country for 4 years in the United Kingdom treating active duty members and their families. She has been board certified since 2008.
After leaving the Air Force in 2011, she began private practice at Memorial Hermann Memorial City in 2012. She loves her job and strives to provide the best care possible. She was honored to receive Physician of the Year in 2019 and was nominated again in 2020. In addition she has been active in the leadership at the hospital and served as Chair of the Department of Ob/Gyn for over 5 years. She is due to become the first female Chief of Staff of Memorial Hermann Memorial City Medical Center in 2026.
Dr. Gonzalez provides care to women in all aspects of life, including caring for women through both low and high risk pregnancies. She sees adolescents and women through post-menopause and has a particular interest in helping women through the menopausal midlife transition. She also provides infertility services and has a strong focus in minimally invasive surgery using the DaVinci robot since 2012 and has performed hundreds of cases.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys who keep her evenings and weekends very busy.

Dr. Krista K. Tejml M.D.
Dr. Tejml, an obstetrician / gynecologist in Houston, Texas is originally from Corpus Christi, Texas. She graduated from Rice University and received a Master of Science degree from The University of Illinois. Dr. Tejml worked as an accountant for several years prior to obtaining her medical doctorate from Texas Tech University. She completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Memorial Hermann Hospital in Houston, where she received the award for Outstanding Intern of the Year. Dr. Tejml was in private practice in the Clear Lake area prior to joining Advanced OB/GYN.
A junior fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, Dr. Tejml is also a member of the American Medical Association, Texas Medical Association, Texas Association of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, and the Harris County Medical Society.
Dr. Tejml and her husband have two sons and a chocolate Labrador. They enjoy traveling, Aggie tailgates, and backyard cookouts.

Kaitlin Papaioannou, PA-C
Kaitlin obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Allied Health from Texas A&M University and her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from UTMB, graduating in 2018. Kaitlin joined Greater Houston OB/GYN in 2025.
She is dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care for women through every life stage. She has experience in managing complex gynecologic conditions, and she strives to make patients feel comfortable and supported with every interaction.
She sees patients from adolescence through geriatrics for a variety of obstetric and gynecology related care. She manages preventative care, including cervical and breast cancer screening. She can diagnose and treat common gynecologic concerns, such as abnormal uterine bleeding, pelvic pain, breast related concerns, menopausal symptoms, etc. She also sees patients for prenatal and postnatal care, family planning, hereditary cancer risk assessment, and more.
In her time outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 young daughters. She loves to vacation to the mountains or the beach.

Dr. Natalie Dodds
Dr. Natalie Dodds is a native Texan, originally from San Antonio, but happily settled in Houston. She earned a Bachelor of Science from Vanderbilt University. After undergraduate, she completed medical school at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio and received a master’s degree in public health from the UT School of Public Health based in Houston. She completed her OBGYN residency at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock where she was elected chief resident. She has earned a recognition of excellence in minimally invasive gynecology from the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists and an award for outstanding minimally invasive surgery chief resident from the Society of Laparoscopic & Robotic Surgeons. After residency, she held an OBGYN professor position prior to pursuing private practice.
Dr. Dodds is passionate about empowering women through patient education, and strives to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to women of all ages. She is certified on the da Vinci Robotic surgical system for minimally invasive surgical procedures and is adept at other minimally invasive approaches. She is also conversant in Spanish.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and friends. She also enjoys traveling, needlepointing, embroidery, and reading.
