Anne V. Gonzalez, M.D.

Dr. Gonzalez received her undergraduate degree from Willams College in Massachusetts and went on to medical school on a scholarship from the U. S. Air Force. She received her medical degree from New York Medical College in New York and completed her residency at the top U.S.Air Force Hospital in San Antonio. She served her country for 4 years in the United Kingdom treating active duty members and their families. She has been board certified since 2008.

After leaving the Air Force in 2011, she began private practice at Memorial Hermann Memorial City in 2012. She loves her job and strives to provide the best care possible. She was honored to receive Physician of the Year in 2019 and was nominated again in 2020. In addition she has been active in the leadership at the hospital and served as Chair of the Department of Ob/Gyn for over 5 years. She is due to become the first female Chief of Staff of Memorial Hermann Memorial City Medical Center in 2026.

Dr. Gonzalez provides care to women in all aspects of life, including caring for women through both low and high risk pregnancies. She sees adolescents and women through post-menopause and has a particular interest in helping women through the menopausal midlife transition. She also provides infertility services and has a strong focus in minimally invasive surgery using the DaVinci robot since 2012 and has performed hundreds of cases.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys who keep her evenings and weekends very busy.
